• Like a beautiful piece of jewelry, the setting is essential for our exhibition. On this team, you'll have a short but lively shift getting the gallery ready for guests. 
• Set up two 6-foot tables for food in the center of the gallery plus one for the bar with a tall chair. Tablecloths are in Myrtle's Room. 
• Retrieve the podium from the closet and set up a small table next to it for ribbons. A tablecloth is also a nice touch for this table. 
• Place tables at the entrances for ballots and drink tickets.
• Finally, arrange a few chairs around the gallery for our guests who have need of them.
