Drawing for Beginners

Adult Drawing Class for All Skill Levels

 Dates: Thursdays, January 19 - March 8   Time: 9:30am-12:30pm

 We will learn how to see the world as an artist sees it. We will start with line drawing techniques and learn basic eye/hand coordination. By learning how to identify positive and negative shapes we will learn how to draw objects accurately. Light, shadow and tonal values will be taught using simple still-life objects. Eventually we will be drawing interesting and beautiful objects from nature and objects of your choice. After the last class all students will be invited to lunch in my studio to celebrate your many accomplishments!

 Fee: $200.00 for 8 classes to be paid in full on the morning of the first class.
